All88 catalog records now have a dated information-evidence card with reasons and Spanish explanations. These describe existing metadata, not provider quality or live availability. A standalone Creator page, clearer contact and accountability summary, readable org names and human-first KPI order make the record easier to inspect. Two additional optional reader questions preserve the original three; email delivery remains inactive.
