Valley Explorer: from concept to a working page

Choose a city, choose a need, then inspect a short list and its instructions. The map focuses on the selected place; a region view, city menu, readable address list and native no-JavaScript form offer other ways through. Browser history, English/Spanish, saved plans and existing guide links remain connected. Veterans receive a visible entrance to 13 existing focused routes without changing a person's saved answers.

Real Census geography replaces keyword-only city shortcuts. The 27-place scope is 25 municipal names on the County roster plus two unincorporated Census communities, not every Valley locality or tribal jurisdiction. City-linked, regional and phone/online starting routes remain separate. Explicit exclusions are not called uncertain; a blank local list does not mean no help exists. Five is a display ceiling, never a best-provider rank. Shared provider/intake groups are not independent backup options.

Ten provider-published public points cover Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler and Tempe across five need types. Mixed locations retain separate food, family, utility, hygiene or application instructions. The Welcome Center uses the published 206 assessment address, family locations remain call-211-first, TCAA seasonal uncertainty remains visible and VA hours are not flattened into a single unsupported window. Coordinates are approximate street-range matches; no confidential shelter, travel-time, open-bed or live-capacity claim is made.

Review found and corrected frozen no-JavaScript freshness, a city-without-need pin dead end, point-warning focus placement, duplicate cautions, city-name-to-address overclaim, no-JavaScript map distortion and missing urgent links. Local software acceptance is 545 product tests with zero skips, including all 351 city/need cells and EN/ES browser checks down to 320 pixels. These checks do not establish human comprehension; a fresh user demonstration and fluent-human Spanish review remain open.

The existing 190 program records, private database/authentication, finance history and schedules are preserved. No new map subscription, infrastructure purchase, provider call or automatic provider-research run is claimed. Point records have a seven-day editorial review deadline; that is not a scheduled source recheck. One coordinating OpenAI agent and three bounded agents executed this work. Work-attributable token counts, actual charges and allocation remain unknown.
