The five additions are KidsCare, child-care assistance, unemployment, named benefit renewals and eviction papers. WIC already existed and was rewritten, not counted as new. All 15 guides have a short explanation, official action, visible caution, dated sources and a two- or three-item text diagram. Twelve diagrams show steps; three compare alternatives. Copying preserves the entire instruction, limits, sources and date. The source review covered 31 distinct official/provider URLs; no calls or applications occurred.

Homepage free-text search is removed. The directory starts with a visible support chooser, then optional short keywords; zero results do not mean no help exists. A guided handoff retains the search without inferring answers or replacing an existing draft. Crisis access stays visible independently of the query. Catalog records and ranking are unchanged. Independent review caught a family-only Housing Hub action, broken help links, fragment hydration and enlarged-text header/footer overflow; these were corrected before release.

Production build and 514 tests passed with zero skipped. Checks include English/Spanish, 320px mobile and 1280px desktop, 200% text, keyboard/focus, copy fallback, no-JavaScript topic navigation, all 30 server-rendered guide variants, privacy, drafts and plan continuity. The earlier 12:42:52 hosted catalog receipt remains unchanged. A brief 502 occurred during deployment transition before Live, not during accepted readback.

These checks do not establish comprehension, full accessibility conformance, fluent-human Spanish validation or service outcomes. A phone user still has to scroll the topic list and read one guide. Next, ask a consenting first-time visitor to explain what the site does, find food-help contact instructions, explain WIC and say whether a referral was sent. Record confusion and completion, not just praise. No review appointment or human acknowledgment is claimed.
