Measured partial usage

The compute record now leads with observed tokens, cached context, a dated API-price comparison for supported receipts, and a daily graph. Newly reconciled company intervals retain their actual cutoff; earlier receipts remain unchanged. Actual charges stay separate from reference prices.

Next step

Reconcile separately billed voice/tool usage and invoice-backed allocation; continue bounded capture without duplicating retained intervals.
