Founder-directed redesign: current KPI snapshot first, five measurement questions, owned evidence gaps and expandable definitions. Maya reviewed measurement and cost interpretation; a delegated read-only reviewer applied measurement and public-comprehension criteria. Pierre coordinated three implementation agents and an additional interaction review. Five hub additions: public-record search, visitor paths, dated journal summaries, shareable update links and recorded-date calendar downloads. Existing measures, financial receipts and provider readings retain their original dates and scope. October 1 proof criteria are proposed, not adopted; the design is not launch acceptance.
