Founder direction received September 27: every PHX Good action must receive an Operations record. The standard covers direction, research, decisions, assignments, implementation, tests, releases, reviews, deliveries, blockers, failed attempts, material outcomes and explicit no-change reviews. Each record needs actual date, owner, current state, privacy-safe scope, source or visible unknown, limitation and next action. Reuben follows the standard for PHX Good work; this does not change his personal-adviser role or expose personal correspondence. A record is not proof of provider action, completed referral, person helped, outcome or another person's acknowledgment.
