Read-only checks after the current main release returned 200 for Operations health, public snapshot, manifest and daily report plus product home, /doors and /help. Anonymous /room and /api/room/decisions returned 401. Served data and all four snapshot assets matched their published SHA-256 values. One earlier 502 during deployment cutover recovered on bounded retry and is not described as a continuing outage. This is point-in-time software readback, not uptime, provider verification or human acceptance.
