September 21: refresh September 22 readiness packet under shortened notice (Chair acknowledgment pending), and issue September 28 decision packet. October 1: issue October 8 post-launch review packet; add actual launch results afterward without backdating. October 26: issue November 2 30-day- review packet. December 31: issue January 7 90-day-review packet. Holiday staffing/notice must be reconfirmed. Keep board records and votes untouched; produce management packets only.
